People who have experienced complex trauma are my focus; experiencing traumas over and over such as domestic abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, divorce, etc.
I use play therapy techniques, music therapy techniques, as well as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior techniques focusing on allowing the trauma story to be told in a safe environment. Building a therapeutic and trusting relationship with each client and give each client coping skills to help heal themselves with my guidance.
