As a fully licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience of helping others with various psychological needs, I welcome those who want to make meaningful change towards a life they desire. I help people identify, understand and take action to remove barriers that get in one's way. Often there are many common themes that bring people to therapy. Beyond the common themes, I listen and treat the individual based on their unique history, personal dynamics and strengths they bring to the process.
I view treatment as a dynamic partnership where the individual is an active participant to halting old and dysfunctional ways of living, to transforming one's life. I work with college students and adults to address problems with relationships, work, health, depression, anxiety, guilt, shame an other issues.
