Let's be honest really quickly: We've all been a "Petty Patty/Pete" at some point in our lives. It's even become popular, especially in social media. Listen to this, what I've learned in life & this field is whether we have been that person or been affected by one, we can all chase the root down to something deeper than the situation, i.e. sadness, hurt, anxiety or trauma. I am here to offer you a non-judgmental space to process from the petty to highly problematic experience. I invite you to work with me to heal in order for you to feel better from the inside out & have more "Peaceful Patty/Pete" experiences and relationships.
I am a 15+ year experienced professional equipped to help clients address concerns related to depression, grief/loss, anxiety, stress, trauma (specialty area), life transitions, and self-esteem. I have experience using creative approaches such as art, music, & role play along with talk therapy to process thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I have learned that whether a person was four, 60, or any age in between, the common denominator has always been the desire to be listened to. It would be my pleasure to learn about you – your past, your present, and your future aspirations.
