Since 1999, I have enjoyed providing therapy to children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), life changes, parenting concerns, behavioral challenges and grief. I work primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) perspective, and will work collaboratively with you to help manage your emotional or mental health concerns.
