I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Interventions, Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Our work might involve exploring the body’s wisdom, increasing insight, or learning tools to help you manage overwhelming emotions.
My practice is entirely virtual and available to clients across New York State. I take a holistic, whole-person approach—honoring the mind-body connection and the unique story that makes you, you.
