Building a life of balance is challenging when anxiety, depression and trauma hover in the background. My goal is to provide support to reconnect with yourself and move toward the life you envision. Whether you’re a young adult overwhelmed with transitioning into adulthood or already well-established, support to address these areas is available. You don’t have to live with doubt and insecurities. You can change your reality by healing from attachment wounds and trauma, and building the life you envision with calm and confidence.
Collaboratively with clients, I use a humanistic approach and evidence-based methods, you see progress. Modalities I use include IFS, Somatic Interventions, Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and CBT. Our work might involve exploring the body’s wisdom, increasing insight, or learning tools to help you manage overwhelming emotions.
My practice is virtual and available to clients in NY & NJ, and provide coaching for those located in other areas. take a holistic, whole-person approach—honoring the mind-body connection and you.
