I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults (age 6-25) and currently working on a broader range of clients, supporting individuals up to age 50. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and relationship difficulties, tailoring my approach to meet each person's developmental and individual needs.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build practical tools to navigate life's challenges, including mindfulness and grounding techniques.
