I am director at Herald Square Psychology. Previously, I have taught classes on conflict in relationships and mindfulness. I have proven experience treating anxiety, depression and traumas, including those from the battlefield, abusive homes, accidents or victims of crime. Psychological expertise is excellent, but there is no replacement for treating people professionally and respectfully.
I have supervised doctoral students in psychology at nationally recognized medical institutions as well as in private settings. I also have been certified in scientifically proven treatments for PTSD (the signature treatment for trauma) and IPT-Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression. I have also used my own scientific research in Mindfulness in treatment.
