With over 15 years of experience in mental health and social work, I bring compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and organizations seeking support and sustainable change. My areas of expertise include workplace burnout, anxiety, severe and persistent mental illnesses, homelessness, geriatric concerns, crisis intervention, recovery services, and the development of effective self-care practices. One of the core principles of my practice is learning to "be comfortable with being uncomfortable" because discomfort often marks the beginning of transformation.
