About
Life can be full of challenges, making you feel overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, or just run down. Sometimes things need to change, to get better. Change is hard. Everyone needs support sometimes. I work with teens, adults, and couples facing issues of anxiety/panic attacks, overwhelming feelings, family/relationship issues, ADHD, mood disorders, low self-esteem, and setting healthy boundaries. I also work in treating trauma and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
Counseling is not "one size fits all" and your needs are unique. As a person-centered counselor, my goal is always to provide a safe environment to explore your challenges, a non-judgmental ear to listen, and evidence-based options to help you move forward in a way that is meaningful to you.
Change IS possible. Together we can find your voice, discover the route through the roadblocks you face, and set you on the path to a healthier, happier, more fulfilling life.
