Looking for a safe, compassionate space to navigate life’s changes and feel truly seen and heard? I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can process what you’re experiencing while building the tools and confidence to move forward. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and major life transitions. My experience includes supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, abuse, and other difficult or overwhelming life events. I’m passionate about creating an affirming and inclusive space for people of color and LGBTQIA+ communities.

My approach is flexible, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques and meet you where you are, with the goal of finding what feels authentic, comfortable, and effective for your needs.
