I am here to work with you on finding out how to navigate a rewarding and peaceful path to where you want to be. We will work together and address the topics you chose in a calm, serene manner.
As a clinician, I offer many different approaches to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, and more. We will walk together utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, ear acupuncture, and general talk therapy tools to heal past wounds, cope and prepare for life stressors and find your peacefulness.
I have always had a passion to help others and when I found my way to becoming a therapist I discovered my purpose. There are no age limitations, all are welcome! I hold a special place in my heart for children and adolescences and love them all. I am so excited to journey with you !
