As a Christian-based therapist, I work with adults across Illinois who feel overwhelmed by emotions, relationship stress, trauma, grief, burnout, or the pressure of holding everything together. Many struggle with people pleasing, perfectionism, attachment wounds, difficult family dynamics, or feeling disconnected from themselves and God. Together, we’ll work to calm the nervous system, heal emotional wounds, strengthen boundaries, process loss, and build healthier relationships. My goal is to help you move from survival mode to a life reflecting peace, confidence, purpose, and emotional freedom.

Through evidence-based therapy and optional Christian faith integration, we work to build healthier boundaries, stronger relationships, greater self worth, and lasting emotional healing.
