Hi! I'm so happy that you are here! My name is Tynesha Ivory. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in central Arkansas and working with clients throughout the state through telehealth. I work with adolescents and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and stress due to poor work/life balance. Using Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to help my clients develop and implement realistic plans and start feeling better.
My approach to therapy varies based on the individual needs of my client. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy as these modalities help me and the client to work together and establish real-life goals.
I have found that I am most compatible with adolescents and young adults dealing with relationship issues, stress and anxiety, depression, and those struggling with career planning and/or work-life balance.
