At Timeless Therapy, I work with individuals, relationships, families, and systems seeking trauma-informed, creative, and affirming care. I specialize in complex trauma, dissociation, and DID, offering space for parts, identities, and internal worlds to feel understood. I’m an enby, LGBTQIA+ affirming clinician who uses narrative work, gaming, and experiential methods—not bland CBT worksheets—to create real change. I’m currently completing my DMFT, and my therapy dog Zuko is always by my side.

I blend trauma science with imagination, using RPGs, storytelling, and character-building to explore emotions, strengthen internal systems, and support parts-based healing. Clients who feel “too much,” “too complex,” or misunderstood elsewhere often find therapy finally makes sense here.

My approach is collaborative, identity-affirming, neurodivergent-friendly, and grounded in lived and clinical experience. Therapy with me is structured enough to feel safe and open enough to feel possible. Together, we build the insight, skills, and internal harmony needed to live a life that genuinely fits.
