Real Talk: Anger and Communication in Conflict
Time: 6pm - 7:30pm. Dates: Wednesdays, Dec 4th, 11th, 18th, January 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th. This group is for men to explore and understand their emotions, particularly focusing on anger and its role in conflict. Over several sessions we will look at why emotions arise and how we can relate to them to understand our experiences better, how feelings like anger and shame affect communication, and ways to express needs and concerns without escalating. We’ll work on practical tools for self-awareness and constructive communication, aiming to help each participant navigate conflict with more clarity, confidence, and empathy.
