Hi, I'm Tyler. I work with adults navigating complex trauma, dissociation, and gender-affirming care — especially folks who have spent years holding it all together and are ready to stop performing that for a while. My clients often live with dissociative disorders (DID, OSDD), OCD, PTSD, or the trauma layered underneath anxiety and long histories of not being believed. Many are trans, nonbinary, queer, neurodivergent, or all of the above. If therapy has felt clinical, rushed, or like you had to translate yourself to be understood, you're not alone in that.
I specialize in complex trauma, dissociative disorders, OCD, and gender-affirming care including readiness letters. I use EMDR for stuck trauma memories, IFS to meet your inner parts without judgment, and clinical hypnosis for change talk therapy can't force. My EMDR and IFS work is adapted for dissociation.
