When I'm not enjoying a cup of coffee on my porch swing, watching my Seattle sports teams, or spending time outdoors, I do really love being a therapist. I desire to be the type of clinician that my clients feel comfortable with and feel genuinely respected by. Getting to walk alongside clients as they navigate some of the most difficult parts of their life is a huge honor to me, and something I don't take lightly. I know finding a therapist can be intimidating and daunting, so congrats on taking this first step! If you want to work on healing, but hope to do so with some laughter involved, I may be a good therapist for you.

I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and attachment theory while working with clients. My passion is getting to the root of problems with clients, and I believe this achieved by digging deep into my clients' stories. One of my core beliefs is that all the pain we carry has the capacity for redeption.
