Accepting new patients (Updated: 4/24). You've been feeling anxious, depressed, burnt out, frustrated, or unfulfilled. By now, you've tried everything you can think of to solve your problems. You may have been let down by your friends, your family, or even other therapists and are wondering how I could possibly help you. Don't worry. I won't make false promises and don't offer my clients trendy "fad" therapies; but, with some hard work, I'll help you begin the process of turning things around.
I have expertise working with: stress + anxiety, depression, social anxiety, grief + loss, relationship problems, LGBTQ+ issues, high net worth clients, "difficult" personalities, trauma, and emotional problems of all kinds. I also work very well with therapy first-timers and those who've had bad experiences in past treatments, as well as other therapists.
Most often, I meet with clients for one 50-minute session per week, though I also offer more intensive therapy at a frequency of 2-4 sessions per week as needed or desired.
