It's wild out there, so I strive to provide a validating and structured therapeutic environment for you to find your way. We'll establish a clear set of objectives, and celebrate your achievements as you progress. I believe in giving you evidence-based tools you can use right away to start to feel better now while also making space for the bigger discussions that unfold at their own pace.
I earned my Masters in Counseling from Salem State University specializing in treating anxiety, depression, and issues related to relationships, family dynamics, and life transitions. My approach is solidly grounded in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based techniques for achieving stress reduction.
Having grown up in the LGBTQ+ community, I work to build a strong sense of trust with my clients and offer therapeutic interventions uniquely catered to each individual. I am a strong proponent of evidence-based skills and knowledge you can use right now, while also examining the cultural and societal forces that affect each person.
