It’s understandable and normal to need help coping with life's challenges. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, women, and emerging adults working through trauma, relationship and family conflict, life transitions, and attachment wounds. My goal is to offer support and compassion as you navigate life in hopes of creating a better and deeper understanding of yourself. I believe that through this understanding comes healing, growth, and an ability to identify and express your emotions. I want to help you find confidence, peace, and self-compassion.

I begin the therapeutic process by focusing on establishing trust and rapport. I use trauma informed and strengths based approaches to help you process your experiences, and identify and convey your emotions. I primarily draw from Family Systems Therapy, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), self compassion, and mindfulness approaches.

I approach my work with curiosity, humility, and humor (sometimes we just need to laugh a little!). I believe you are the expert in your own life. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental space so you feel safe and empowered to express your thoughts and feelings. I view therapy as a collaborative approach, where we can work together to identify areas of healing.
