Raising a child in today’s world can feel overwhelming—and if your child is struggling with emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, or developmental differences, that stress can feel even greater. I work alongside children, teens, and their families to uncover strengths, build emotional resilience, and create lasting change through a warm, collaborative, and creative therapeutic process. I work closely with adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and social skills challenges, helping them better understand their inner world and build tools for coping and connection.
With a background in child development and family systems, I specialize in working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and adjustment challenges. I also support parents and caregivers in better understanding their child’s needs and strengthening family communication and connection.
My goal is to meet children where they are—whether that’s on the floor with toys or through creative expression and help them grow into their most authentic, capable selves.
