I hold certificates EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), the groundbreaking Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and psychedelic- and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for treatment resistant depression and other symptoms. I also use CBT, and we always collaborate to tailor the approach for what works best for you.
