Life is full of unseen challenges, and almost all of us deal with circumstances that can cause emotional and mental distress. I am a person-centered therapist whose goal is to help others develop skills to navigate life’s challenges. My list of experiences includes working with families, couples, children and parents, adolescents, teenagers, and individual adults of all ages. Because of my wide range of experiences, I employ many different methods to meet people where they are at, and to come up with the best plan for their treatment. I work with all ages, relationships, and family dynamics.
I have experience helping others with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, abuse, anger management, grief counseling, developing coping skills, schizophrenia, impulse control, struggles building healthy relationships, and many other ailments.
It takes courage to reach out and even more to allow someone to walk alongside you in your journey.
