As a licensed professional counselor I strive to create a comfortable, relaxed and confidential environment. Seeking counseling for yourself or a loved one can often be scary and overwhelming. I work to make the initial process as easy as possible in order to focus on the therapeutic relationship and your personal goals. I view all clients as individuals and therefore work to facilitate a therapeutic model that best fits the individual, family, or marriage needs.
I received a PhD from Texas A&M University - Commerce in counseling. I also obtained a M.A. in counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary as well as a B.A. from Oklahoma Baptist University. I have been working in the private practice setting in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area since 2011. I am also a former enlisted United States Marine and Naval Staff Officer.
I currently work with couples, adults and adolescents with multiple counseling related issues in the Dallas and East Texas area.Specialties of practice include, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Attachment Disorders, Marriage & Pre Marital Therapy, Anxiety, Depression, Adolescents,Sexual Issues, Sexual Abuse, Adult and Adolescent, ADD, and Existential Issues
