You matter! Beginning your therapeutic journey requires immense vulnerability and humility, so I'm committed to helping you feel comfortable. You are uniquely capable of becoming the person you want to be and my job is to help you develop the confidence and skills to achieve your own goals. I genuinely love what I do and am so thankful for everyone I have the opportunity to work with. Please feel free to call, text, or email me with any questions, or schedule an appointment on my website.
Working with children has comprised about 50 percent of my case load over my career and I have completed over 90 hours of training in play therapy. Additionally I have extensive experience working with adults, college students, middle school/ high school age, LGBTQ+, trans clients, as well as helping clients proces religious trauma & deconstruction.
My goal is to offer personalized counseling for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. With experience working with diverse populations, I'll help you reach your goals so you can become the best version of yourself. Therapy is hard work but there is no time like today to start the process.
