I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to understand themselves, overcome challenges, and create lives that feel meaningful and aligned with their values. As someone who values resilience, growth, and authentic connection, I appreciate supporting people who may feel stuck, overlooked, burdened by loss, or uncertain about their next steps.
Many clients come to the practice seeking support for anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, men's wellness concerns, and questions of purpose and identity. They are often looking for a space where they can be heard, understood, and challenged to grow.
I use a unique approach that explores the context and impact of feelings, emotions, stress, and anxiety through story, symbols, mindfulness, history, society, and cultural perspectives. Together, we look beyond symptom relief to reconnect with meaning, identity, perspective, creativity, and the deeper narratives that shape your lives.
If you've spent much of your life feeling overlooked, misunderstood, or carrying burdens without support, you are not alone. I have extensive experience working with marginalized and underserved teens and young adults, as well as elders who may feel neglected, isolated, or unheard.
I believe healing begins with grace, empathy, and learning self-compassion.

Groups
Men and Grief Strength through Connection
Grief affects every man differently, yet many carry it in silence. This four-session group offers a supportive space to better understand loss, explore its emotional, physical, and relational impact, and connect with others through shared experience. Together, we will examine the many faces of grief, create a personal grief map, learn healthy ways to process difficult emotions, and explore how loss shapes relationships, identity, and purpose. Through guided discussion, reflection, and practical tools, participants will discover that healing is not about forgetting what was lost, but learning to carry it with greater resilience, meaning, and connection.
