Specializing in young women navigating identity, relationships, and family-of-origin patterns that shape adult life more than we often realize. My approach is psychodynamic and attachment-based, which means we don’t just address symptoms — we get curious about where they come from. I bring an intersectional, feminist lens to the work, and I’m affirming of queer and LGBTQ+ clients — because your experience doesn’t happen in a vacuum, and culture, identity, and power are often part of the picture, whether or not they’ve been named yet.
Many of the women I work with function well on the outside while privately managing anxiety, self-criticism, or a sense that something isn’t quite right, even if they can’t name it yet. Often, that gap between the public self and the private self is exactly where the work begins.
Therapy with me is collaborative and relational. I want you to leave every session understanding yourself a little more, and feeling more equipped to choose differently for your life.
