Hi, I'm Tyler. I work primarily with teenagers and adult men who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or under constant pressure, even when things look “fine” from the outside. Many of the men I work with are dealing with anxiety, low confidence, irritability, or relationship strain. They're often used to handling things on their own, but lately that approach just isn't working anymore. Starting therapy can feel awkward or unnecessary, especially if you've never done it before, but I'm here to help you process whatever is going on.
In our work together, we'll look beneath the surface of stress, self-doubt, or emotional shutdown and develop healthier ways to respond—at work, in relationships, and internally. My goal isn't to change who you are, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control again.
Outside of counseling, I work as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) where I help people achieve their fitness and wellness goals. I understand that growth often happens one step at a time, and I enjoy helping clients develop practical strategies that support both their mental and overall well-being.
