I believe in an organic and genuine connection with my clients and speaking in a way that clients can understand and appreciate, not sound like a book. I specialize in working with clients with borderline personality disorder (BPD), bipolar disorder, survivors of domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and PTSD, as well as polysubstance use. Through lived experience and training, I have experience helping women leave domestic violence situations. I offer empathetic guidance, listening, coping skills, and empowering my clients to reset, restart, and redo as many times as needed. I work to aid my clients in discovering their strengths.
I want to get to know you and what you need. My ears will be open, and you should be speaking more than I. I also enjoy working with adolescents as they transition into adulthood and need additional support. I work with adult men who are new to therapy but are looking to better their current situations and mental health.
