I really enjoy working with folks who: want to get to know themselves more; may struggle with boundaries or people-pleasing; and/or who "grew up too fast" as a kid.
Let's build therapy around your specific needs. I like to use humor and sarcasm, but will also be genuine and challenge you where its needed. I am easy-going and make therapy a collaborative effort between us. We will often explore the "why" behind a feeling, and what to do with it.
