You deserve to feel better.
Sometimes, we just need a few more tools in the toolbox, and to work with someone who accepts us, challenges us, and walks with us through the stuff we are facing.
I really enjoy working with folks who: want to get to know themselves more; may struggle with boundaries or people-pleasing; and/or who "grew up too fast" as a kid.
I want to work with you to tailor therapy to meet your specific needs and help you navigate the problems you are facing. I like to use humor and sarcasm, but will also be genuine and challenge you where its needed. I am easy-going and make therapy a collaborative effort between us. We will often explore the "why" behind a feeling, and what to do with it.
Your preference and comfort matter and should be respected. The key to successful therapy is working with a therapist that is a good fit for you. I would love to get a chance to talk with you, learn about your goals and see if we would be a good fit.
