As a counselor, I am privileged in walking alongside and witnessing the strengthening, renewing, and rediscovering of who you are. I believe that facing your pains, weaknesses, and traumas is a commendable, courageous act. I work to make that journey as effective and dignified as possible using a varied approach based on each individual, as no two stories are truly the same.
I am versed in person-centered therapy, CBT, EMDR (trained), and appreciate psychodynamic approaches. I am trained through the EMDR Institute.
