Therapy is an unique experience for everyone who attends. My goal as your therapist is to provide the best treatment for you. I focus on learning about you and tailoring your treatment to your concerns. What are your struggles, what have you gone through in the past, and what do you want in the future. I believe that since everyone is different therapy should look different for everyone. Together we will do the work to get you to where you want to be in life. I work with couples, individuals, and families and specialize in marital dissatisfaction and suicidal ideation. I focus on providing a safe space where you can come in and talk about the core concerns and fears that you might have.
One of the most common things that I have heard from clients is that therapy is scary. Therapy can be scary as well as uncomfortable, difficult, and emotional.
