About
I primarily work with people who are working to overcome porn addictions, are struggling with self-worth, and are generally overwhelmed with stress and difficult emotions. I also enjoy working with people who want to integrate their faith into their therapeutic work. I strive to provide a non-judgmental, down-to-earth environment in which to address the issues that may feel embarrassing or shameful to broach, and earnestly want to help you reach your goals, and cheer for and encourage you every step of the way, while teaching tips and tricks that might make the process smother and easier for you. I'd love to meet you!
I use several kinds of therapy models and apply whatever we agree is the best fit for you. I treat you like the expert of your life and approach your situation with respect and humility, working collaboratively with you. Not every kind of therapy is a fit for everyone, so I am careful to go at your pace with techniques that are comfortable to you.
I want to help you get the life you want to have. A big part of whether therapy works has to do with how well we can work together, so please, call or email and we can find out if I might be a good fit for you. I tend to have a very low-key style and try to make people feel as comfortable as I can. I want this to be as easy for you as possible.
