I have several years of experience in body image and eating disorders recovery, behavioral addiction recovery, grief, and family system interaction. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy clinician. Being in recovery myself, I encourage spiritual growth through fellowship and intentional living. Recovery looks different for everybody!
