I work with clients from adolescence through adulthood, with a particular passion for supporting young adults. My goal is to help individuals improve their quality of life by deepening emotional awareness, processing past traumas, reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, stabilizing mood, and clarifying personal goals. Through this process, clients often build lasting self-confidence and self-esteem.

My approach integrates person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, solution-focused techniques, and reality therapy.
