Tyler is in recovery from heroin addiction and has overcome many of his own personal struggles to now help others. Tyler has worked in private practice in St George for the past 6 years working with adults and adolescents dealing with varying degrees of mental health issues. We specialize in helping individuals, couples and families with mental disorders such as depression, anxiety and trauma. Models used are EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization reprocessing), ART(Accelerated resolution therapy), ACT(Acceptance Commitment), & TF-CBT.
