I offer sports therapy to help athletes build confidence, manage stress, recover mentally from injuries, and perform at their best—on and off the field. I offer men’s therapy focused on stress, relationships, identity, and emotional health—helping men grow, heal, and thrive in every area of life.
My own experiences with anxiety led me to therapy, and eventually into this work. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support, and I honor the courage it takes to begin that process. That’s why I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and a focus on creating a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself — no judgment, no pressure.
