Ever feel like you're wearing a mask that says “I've got it all together,” while inside feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck? Me too! I left a career as a touring musician to become a therapist after my own struggles with anxiety, and addiction. Today I work with adults navigating identity questions, compulsive habits (including pornography), and the pressures of relationships, work, and life. I work with Individuals, Couples and Families.

I take a warm, down-to-earth approach that looks at the whole person—your emotions, relationships, and life story. I draw from attachment-based and trauma-informed therapy to help you navigate anxiety, identity questions, addiction, life transitions, and patterns that keep you stuck. Together we’ll work toward the kind of change that matters most to you.
