My aim is to provide therapeutic services to a diverse range of clients who are looking to learn how to improve their wellbeing. Transitioning to a healthier you can be a daunting and difficult process but lasting growth isn't always easy. I want to help provide you with tools to navigate this society we find ourselves in while also advocating for the much needed social changes that will benefit all members of society. As a member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, I offer a welcoming and accepting environment because I have personal experience with the difficulties of navigating a society which was not made for someone like myself.
I am a trauma-informed therapist with experience in CBT, DBT, family/couple therapy, meditative practices, and the recovery model. These approaches allow me to assist a wide variety of people including but not limited to those struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, & intrusive/compulsive thoughts. Therapy also benefits those without any diagnosis.
