My associates and I work with adults of all ages and with any level of mental health goals or concerns.
Between us, we have over 40 years of mental health counseling experience, in environments ranging from community clinics to psychiatric hospitals. We have advanced training and experience in working with people with anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, EMDR, Expressive Art, and addictions of all kinds.
We are here to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to go. We offer in-person, distance, and group counseling, and are happy to talk to you about all of your options.
