If I don't have a coffee in my hand, you may be in for trouble. I’m a real person before I’m a therapist. I believe therapy should be a genuine relationship—not a performance. You don’t have to check your humanity at the door, and I won’t be checking mine. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, driven, and self-aware, but still find themselves asking, “Why does my life look fine on the outside while something feels off underneath?”
Maybe you’ve done everything “right” and still feel lost. Maybe old experiences, patterns, or relationships continue to pull you in directions you don’t fully understand. My job isn’t to fix what’s “wrong” with you—I don’t think you’re broken. My job is to sit with you in the messy, complicated, and sometimes absurd parts of being human.
I’ll show up as myself: honest, curious, compassionate, and occasionally funny. Some days we’ll dig into the hard stuff. Some days we’ll celebrate wins. Some days we might just try to figure out why your brain insists on making everything harder than it needs to be. Therapy is about creating a space where you feel understood and make meaningful change.
