I work from an LGBTQ+ Affirmative lens which helps all clients to strengthen and affirm their true Self. I embrace a person-centered and solutions focused philosophy, and rely on concepts from cognitive behavioral therapy, depth psychology, sociology, self-compassion and resiliency work.
I specialize in working with Couples and LGBTQ+ adults. I work on a range of issues: stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship problems, LGBTQ identity, perfectionism, anger, self harm, leadership development, compassion fatigue, career stress, purpose, life transitions, gender identity, family conflict, addiction, trauma & self-esteem.
I work with folks on the interplay between thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships because these are the areas problems often arise, and also where change can happen.
