I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, mood changes, ADHD, relationship stress, trauma, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, explore what you're experiencing, and begin developing tools for lasting change.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and insight-focused. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients better understand emotional patterns, improve communication, and build healthier relationships.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive place where you can be honest about what you're carrying while also learning skills that help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
