Clients I work well with are individual adults who have discovered that "Adulting Sucks". They would like to change the way they think of things so they can change their behaviors surrounding those thoughts. They would like to be happier, healthier and capable of managing life instead of life poorly managing them. They are adults who are having relationship problems they would like to address. They are adults looking to avoid anxiety, depression, trauma and stress (preventative care) as well as the adults that are living through it presently (maintenance care) and recognize they don't have to do it alone.
You Can't Heal It If You Don't Feel It. I take pride in meeting my clients' right where they are to help them get to where they desire to be. If you're willing to do the work, together we will agree on a treatment plan that suits your goals & you will work on homework between sessions towards meeting those goals. Adjustments are made throughout as needed.
