Navigating life’s ups and downs can feel overwhelming, whether you’re coping with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or the everyday stress that slowly wears you down. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and teens who feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, depressed or are dealing with the unique challenges. Many of the clients I work with have been impacted by trauma. Having a safe place to process challenges is important. I offer in-person and remote sessions at Best Life Therapy in Davison, Lapeer and Flint Township.
My goal is to ensure that clients feel accepted, supported, and empowered to grow in their own way. I practice from a trauma-informed lens—helping clients bounce back after challenging times. I help clients learn to thrive by helping them embrace a growth-mindset. I'm passionate about helping others heal, grow, and thrive. I offer in-person and remote.

This in-person group runs for 6 weeks at the Best Life Therapy in Flint township. It is open to Best Life Therapy clients, begins September 18th and will reoccur throughout the year. The group is for adults who have experienced the loss of a spouse, a significant other, an adult child, a sibling or individuals who have had multiple losses. During your intake with me, we will explore where you are at in the grief process to determine if his group might be a good fit for you. Sometimes healing comes when we feel supported by a community.
