I am a compassionate and experienced therapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to support healing, growth, and emotional well-being. With over 20 years in the mental health field, I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with tools to move forward.
In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we’ll begin building a therapeutic relationship. I’ll take time to get to know you or your child, explore what brings you to therapy, and gather important background information to better understand your goals and needs.
We’ll talk about what therapy might look like moving forward, answer any questions you may have, and start identifying the areas you’d like to focus on. The goal of the first session is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and hopeful about the path ahead.
