My background includes working with those experiencing racial issues, grief, depression, family conflict, women issues, self-esteem issues, obesity, coping skills, codependency, and a variety of other areas. My approaching preference is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Other modalities are optional case by case.
