My primary goal as an advocate, educator, and therapist is to ensure safety, assist in breaking the cycle of violence while providing clinically sound treatment that helps those most impacted to live their best life, find purpose, and influence changes where desired.
My background includes working with those experiencing racial issues, grief, depression, family conflict, women issues, self-esteem issues, obesity, coping skills, codependency, and a variety of other areas. My approaching preference is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Other modalities are optional case by case.
