I became a therapist out of a passion and love in walking others through the storms of life. We all experience times in our lives that leave us bruised, battered, and beaten. As a therapist, my goal is to help you find a way out of your storm and become a stronger, more resilient, and more fulfilled person. The basis for my practice is Existential Therapy, where I help clients truly grasp their relationships with themselves and the world around them. I bring in other therapeutic techniques and styles to individualize treatment to what each client needs and wants out of therapy.
I enjoy helping individuals and relationships through the various roadblocks that come with identity discovery, sex, shame, social issues, relationships, and more. I am extensively trained in Sex Therapy, LGBTQ+ Therapy, and The Gottman Method. I love helping people reject shame and pursue authenticity in their sexual, relational, inner, and social lives.
Therapy can seem like a scary and intimidating experience for many. I get it. I have been there too. But it can be just what you need to get your life going in the direction you want. My goal is to make the therapeutic process a safe place for you to come and work through your life’s storms and find freedom and strength that will carry you forward in life.
