Whether I am working with a five-year-old adjusting to a new environment, a teenager dealing with depression, or an established adult suffering from grief, my goal is to create an atmosphere of vulnerability, honesty, and trust so that my clients can feel safe to express whatever burden they carry. I approach every session with curiosity, gentleness, and a genuine desire for clients to feel known, respected, and valued.
I work with individuals and families from all walks of life, provide play-based therapy to children and adolescents, and specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and relationship issues. I am able to integrate faith and spirituality into the treatment process, though it is not a requirement.
